General terms
- We guarantee that our store sells only original products. Quality certificates are available on request.
- Product colors in photos may differ slightly from reality. You can ask us for a photo of the product before ordering.
- Please check your order carefully before confirming and paying. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after payment.
- We do not refund orders held by your country's customs for exceeding the duty-free limit.
- Delivery may take longer than usual during holidays.
Returns
- You can return a product within 14 days of receiving your order if the packaging is unopened and the product is unused. In this case the return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Defective products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. In this case we pay for the return shipping.
- Refunds are issued after the product is received and inspected.
Shipping insurance and refunds
- Every parcel is insured. We refund your money if the product was broken during delivery or the parcel was lost (not delivered within 90 days of shipping).
